WIC Department Development Grant Deadline Monday, February 27, 2006 WIC Event Wednesday, February 1, 2006 Special Film Event - Writing Across Borders In this film, directed by Wayne Robertson, OSU international students talk about issues relating to writing such as how they were taught to write in their home countires and the adjustments they have made to become successful writers at OSU. The film also includes ideas on what types of teaching are most helpful to international student writers. WIC Fall 2005 SEMINAR October 12, 19, and November
2, 9 and 16, 2005 The seminar is designed both for faculty who plan to teach WIC courses and for those who want to learn to use writing in non-WIC courses. Faculty who complete the seminar receive a $250 honorarium.
